Very Safe. Because we are also an employer, we know the importance of information confidentiality. 

4. Who is responsible for any penalties incurred from inaccurate tax filings?

The processer that we use is licensed and insured and is responsible for inaccurate tax fillings. There would be no penalty to our client.

5. Can the provider do more than just payroll?

We do offer other services and we are happy to provide onboarding services, however we are NOT a PEO service. Handbooks and employee benefits (with the exception of the deductions, and or loans) would continue to be your responsibility. 

Included with our services are the following;

  • Payroll Account set up
  • Payment method set up 
  • Direct Deposits- if an employee does not have a bank account, we can issue them a pay card
  • Payroll calculation & processing
  • Deductions for Friend of the Court, Garnishment and employee tax with holdings including FICA, FUTA, SUTA (UIA)
  • Ability to track vacation/PTO time
  • New Employee onboarding, such as W-4’s, I-9’s & 8850’s.
  • 401k withholdings and payment to the 401k Company of your choice (making our payroll provider the agent of record)
  • Insurance premium withholdings 
  • W-2s at the beginning of the year
  • Available to you (additional cost) time clock rental
  • Process your payroll weekly or biweekly. We recommend weekly.
